Can the Flagg-Rochelle Public Library District Distribute State and Federal Tax Forms?

As part of our commitment to creating a more civic-minded community, the Flagg-Rochelle Public Library District partners with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to act as a distribution center for state and federal tax forms. Tax forms at the state and federal level can be printed or downloaded for $0.15 per page.

Can the Flagg-Rochelle Public Library help with completing voter registration?

Several staff members at the library are deputy voter registrars. Such staff members can help complete voter registration for residents who are not yet registered to vote or who have changed their names since a previous election.

Registrars can also complete an address change for anyone who has moved to a new residence within the county. To complete this process, residents will need:

  • Two pieces of identification
  • One piece is required to be a photo ID
  • One is required to list a current address
PLEASE NOTE: Voter registration closes 28 days before an election, and resumes 3 days after an election.
